WELCOME TO THE WORLD OF COMMON FATE!

Common Fate is a semi-lit/literate roleplay held on Discord.  An open, building progression style roleplay, this world has room for both the lifestyle writer and the adventure writer. 

The setting of Common Fate takes place in a heavily Nordic-influenced story with general Anglo-Saxon fantasy elements in both culture and environment. That being said, as most stories that place in a world of magic, historical inventions and customs are wildly different from our own so have fun with it!

This story focuses on cooperation, exploration, and above all else, finding a place to belong.

Strangers from across Aestros travel to the sleepy village of Kentfield, Adanac to aid the mayor's fliers pleading for help. Their motives range from criminals on the run, to nobles escaping their stiff lives, to altruists simply looking for help. No matter the reason, your characters have gathered together in one place to rebuild a crumbling farming village and slowly gain bonds with your new, found family.

With the place recently vacated and in constant danger from bandit attacks, the fields, tools, and buildings are all left decrepit and damaged. Your character's expertise is sorely needed to jumpstart the economy of their new home, along with forming a way to protect what they have worked to form against the perils of the surrounding environment.
